??英國金融與會計專業歷史悠久，是較早出現職業會計師、建立現代意義上會計職業團體的國家。總部設在英國的特許公認會計師公會(The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants，簡稱ACCA)成立于1904年，是目前世界上優秀的專業會計師團體，也是國際上海外學員較多、學員規模發展較快的專業會計師組織。英國立法許可ACCA會員從事審計、投資顧問和破產執行的工作其會員資格得到歐盟立法的承認。ACCA在歐洲會計專家協會(FEE)、亞太會計師聯合會(CAPA)和加勒比特許會計師協會(ICAC)等會計組織中起著非常重要的作用。
